Family is incredibly important and  while babies are born every
second of the day, there should always be a pause in the lives of
people when a new baby is born into the family. What an amazing thing,
a newborn baby. In that one little body rests so much–so many wishes,
dreams, potentials, hopes, and fears all found in one tiny little body.
Little feet that have so many miles to walk before their lives are
over, so many choices to make and paths to take or not to take. Little
hands that hold the potential to play music, or write novels, or heal
hurts.

I wish for my newest nephew the knowledge to recognize the joys in
his life, the wisdom to learn from his sorrows, and peace to accept
both as a part of life.
