What’s on my iPod…
I’ve been doing a bit of cleaning up and organizing on my iPod this afternoon when I should be working on my personal evaluation for my last class tonight, so I thought I’d share a bit.
Stats: 2135 songs, 8.5 days, 8.83 GB (includes a few books as well as songs)
I keep a “Current Favorites” playlist that is shifted around as easy access to whatever I’m currently enjoying listening to. I’ll add that to my sidebar, but this is what it holds currently:
- Keep Holding On by Avril Lavigne
- Water’s Edge by Cyndi Lauper w/ Sarah McLachlan: A long standing favorite, it is sad but compelling
- You Belong to Me by Dean Martin: A sucker for sappy love stories, I’ve been listening to this since the older gentlemen sang it on American Idol tryouts for his wife who had just died of cancer.
- Lips of an Angel by Hinder: I just love his voice, the perfect level of gravel. Although, his performance on Ellen was cringe worthy.
- You Are Loved by Josh Groban: This has been on since it first came out, haven’t pulled it yet, though I’m starting to skip it, a good sign it’s spot will be taken soon.
- Scratch by Kendall Payne: I first heard this on a Grey’s Anatomy episode, her whole CD is a good one.
- The Beauty of Grace by Krystal Meyers: I found this album for my daughter, but I particularly like this song.
- Fairy Tales & Castles by Lifehouse
- Goodbye to You by Michelle Branch: Love this song, I pulled it from the depths of my iPod when I heard it again on a Buffy episode.
- Here it Goes Again by OK Go: My kid’s showed me the Youtube video of this and it cracks me up every time.
- Hey There Delilah by Plain White T’s: Recommended by my daughter, haven’t listened to it too closly yet.
- I’m On My Way by The Proclaimers: My current grin inducing song.
- Your Guardian Angel by The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus: Another recommended by my daughter today, like it so far.

This makes me wish for an iPod. Can you believe that I don’t have one? I think I might be the only person in the world who doesn’t! Ha!
